“My husband and I just had to write and tell you what a wonderful experience we’ve had with Feze Roofing again!  This is the second roof your company has put on our house and garage – this latest one being a tear-off because there were already two layers of shingles on the building.  Our salesman, Rich Szpytek, was so knowledgeable and helpful.  He made suggestions to our roofing project that we hadn’t even thought of (like adding a cricket to the rear side of our chimney and adding a few more roof vents on the house).  He took his time and answered all of our many questions.  Dealing with him was a pleasure.  In addition, he took the time to come to our house to deal with our homeowner’s insurance appraiser because we were thinking of filing an insurance claim.  Rich didn’t even have a signed contract in his pocket yet, but he went that extra step to assure us peace of mind in dealing with the appraiser.  This was VERY much appreciated.  Now a word about your roofers!  They did a MARVELOUS job!!  They worked hard and I could tell by watching them that they knew what they were doing.  There was no unnecessary talking or horseplay or fooling around.  They went right to work and they worked so well together as a team.  A couple of guys were scraping the roof while two more were picking up the debris – it seemed almost choreographed!  What really impressed us was the workmanship of the roofers: the roof looks beautiful!  We were also impressed with how well they cleaned up after themselves.  I walked around our property and our neighbor’s property on either side of us to collect any forgotten debris.  I found one nail and a few small pieces of shingle; that was it!  Since we have a dog that eats everything, we were afraid she’d find a bunch of leftover nails and shingles to eat.  But there were none!  Your prices were competitive with other roofing companies we got quotes from.  But it was Rich’s professionalism and him going the extra step that we decided to go with Feze again.  We thank you all for a job very well done!”
